We are very lucky to have Vivienne give a seminar to our graduate members. Not only is she an APC examiner, she is a brilliant APC trainer with a fantastic success record for getting people through.
Vivienne studied at Bristol Polytechnic and became a Chartered Surveyor whilst working for Richard Ellis in London. She moved to Oxford in 1986 and worked for Buckell & Ballard before entering the partnership of James Offen and Partners in 1989 and Savills in 1998.
Vivienne specialises in the acquisition of properties and development consultancy work. She is also a senior lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and committee member of OBREMS.
