King Sturge Property Research Prize

The King Sturge Property Research Prize was awarded to a 2nd year undergraduate within the Department of Real Estate & Construction at Oxford Brookes University.

The Prize was awarded for a final piece of coursework within the Research Methods module, which forms the basis of their dissertation. The title of the piece was ' Dissertation Proposal' and the submission was circa 2,000 words long. The coursework covered a literature review for the dissertation in addition to setting out the structure for the final dissertation.
