NB Real Estate Valuation Prize
The NB Real Estate Valuation Prize was open to both 3rd year Undergraduates and Postgraduate students within The Department of Real Estate and Construction at Oxford Brookes University. The candidates submitted work in relation to the ‘credit crunch’ and asset pricing and the three best projects were forwarded to NB Real Estate for consideration.
Jonathan Smith and Lucy Henderson (both undergraduates) have been awarded work experience placements within the NB Real Estate Property Management Team over the summer of 2009.
